The Public Health Authority (Weqaya) and the University Medical City at King Saud University have signed a collaboration agreement to improve public health awareness and knowledge, with mutual benefits for both parties. The signing took place at the authority's headquarters.

The agreement aims to improve public health by enhancing collaboration and training for healthcare professionals. This includes working together on research, studies, and surveys, sharing data for public health programs, conducting studies, and offering academic programs in the field of public health. The goal is to strengthen the skills and qualifications of healthcare practitioners, enabling them to provide interventions that promote better health for society.

The agreement was signed by the CEO of the Public Health Authority (Weqaya), Dr. Abdullah bin Rashood Al-Quwaizani, and the Chief Executive Officer of the University Medical City, Prof. Ahmed bin Salah Hersi.
