The patient and his family are required to the following:
- Abide by all hospital rules and regulations.
- Comply with non-smkoing policy in all areas in the hospital.
- Provide the treating team with complete information about his/her health and inform them any changes in his/her medical condition.
- Follow the instructions of the health care team. He/she will be responsible in the case of non-complince with instructions and must sign special form indicating that.
- Be on time for appointments, and call as soon as possible if he/she cannot make the appointment.
- Arrange for timely discharge when the doctor decide.
- Understand that the priority of medical care is based on the urgency of the medical condition.
- Leave valuables at home and brine those items necessary during his/her stay.
- Understand that he/she, accompaniments, and visitors will be held responsible by the relevant authorities for any damage to the hospital property in the patient's room or hospital due to carelessness or misuse.
- Treat those who are caring for him/her in a considerate and respectful manner.
