About KSUMC Corporate Nursing Affairs
At King Saud University Medical City (KSUMC), Corporate Nursing Affairs plays a vital role in managing the most complex surgical and medical cases across Saudi Arabia. KSUMC encompasses three hospitals: King Khalid University Hospital (KKUH), King Abdulaziz University Hospital (KAUH), and Dental University Hospital (DUH), ensuring comprehensive healthcare services for diverse patient needs. Supported by a dedicated team of 2,809 highly skilled nursing professionals working alongside multidisciplinary healthcare teams, the department remains at the forefront of excellence in patient care.
Corporate Nursing Affairs is CBAHI-accredited since 2018 and has achieved Accreditation Canada Diamond Level status since 2007. These prestigious recognitions reflect its commitment to maintaining high standards in healthcare quality and safety.
In 2024, the KSUMC RN Residency Program was officially recognized as an Accredited Practice Transition Program by the Commission on Accreditation in Practice Transition Programs (PTAP). This accreditation highlights the program’s excellence in supporting newly licensed registered nurses as they transition into clinical practice, ensuring a structured, evidence-based, and supportive environment that promotes professional growth and patient safety.
